Fees for Services

Our fees are consistent with the guidelines set out by the
Ontario Psychological Association (OPA).

Fees for psychological services are often covered by Extended Health Care Benefits. Different benefit plans offer different types of coverage. Please contact your benefit plan provider to determine:

• the type of coverage you have (e.g., dollar amount and duration), and
• whether or not you need a physician’s referral to access your coverage.

In addition, if you are involved in a motor vehicle accident, and/or workers compensation cases, you are entitled for psychological services which will play an important role in your health recovery.

Ontario Health Insurance Plan

OHIP does not provide coverage for psychological services but if you don’t have any insurance coverage then you can be entitled to subsidized rates for psychological services depending on your income level. Please contact us for the subsidized rates.

Payment

Clients pay for their sessions at the end of each visit, with the exception of WSIB and MVA cases. You can pay by cash/cheque/etransfer. You will be provided with a receipt that you can either submit to your extended health care benefits provider or use for tax purposes.
